1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The item is significantly different from its description.

3. Personalized Products

As many of our products are custom-made, personalized items cannot be returned due to customer errors such as incorrect photos, text, or design choices.

However, if your personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to our mistake, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

4. Free Returns

We provide free returns for eligible orders. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they enter production or are shipped. Personalized orders already in production cannot be cancelled.
